Leaders of Change
At Baseline7 we like to refer to ourselves as leaders of change. Our staff has been engaged by many (Fortune 1000) companies to help define, implement and oversee technology projects and programs. These initiatives are typically related to complex, highly integrated enterprise solutions with aggressive timelines and a direct relation to the growth and bottom line of these companies. Often these projects and programs have not only implications to the company's staff, but also to their end-customers. Failing is just not an option. Taking on that responsibility is definitely not for the 'faint of heart'. At Baseline7 we excel at helping our customers in these situations.

We have no issues with following processes and procedures as defined by our Customers. We believe that the processes and tools are important, but typically will not be the main factor in getting the expected results. Our people, their mindset and our guiding principles are the big differentiators. That's how we help our customers to innovate, improve and grow.
